For someone who knows me like no other, for someone who can heal my wounds just by being there, for someone who always has my back, for the one I love.
I love to think of us as two stalks of wheat on a farm, growing strong and tall, tilting the whole field into perfect balance.
I love to think of all the different ways we could affect each other’s lives in such a positive way.
I love to think of how our lives will be different because of us, how we will change the world together, how our seeds have eaten away so fiercely that they’ve left no space for anyone else to grow, and how our stories are all intertwined.
I love to imagine the future, what our lives will be like when we’re old and gray, still strong and standing tall.
I love you so much and I’ll never stop telling you that.
The one I love
As I give up all these lies,
As I look into her eyes,
I see a spark that will never perish,
A spark, a girl I would always cherish.
She’s the one I shall never get,
That I knew when we first met.
She, so beautiful, belongs to another.
But all these feelings?! I think I love her.
She’s a friend, I wish that’s all I felt.
If I told her and she laughed, my heart would melt.
What to do? I wish I knew… follow my mind or heart?
I know I should just back away, let us tear apart,
But the pain would destroy me, day by day.
Seeing her hurts me so much, but I don’t know what to say.
I know I’ll never have you, so I mustn’t look a fool.
All I know is my heart is too much of a tool.Â
So I must tell her rather than be quaint,
Because for some reason the feelings aren’t getting faint.
